May Allah remove your troubles and grant you peace. Amen!

Offer the five time salah regularly, recite the Surah Fatihah seven times after every obligatory salah and blow on yourself. Recite durood as much as you can and keep on praying to Allah:

یا حی یا قیوم برحمتک استغیث

لا الہ الا انت سبحانک انی کنت من الظالمین

Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) knows Best
