No Talaq will take place by "I will give you talaq" since it is not talaq, rather just promise. If someone said to wife: ?Take talaq?, one talaq will take place. (Such instance is available in Alamgiri) If a man says to his wife: ?Leave me?, it will also cause no talaq.
