Title: Zakat on property for which i have already given zakat.

Question: I want to explain my question in an example: 1. Last year I had 100000 rupees and I also paid zakah for this. I have not used this money for one year and hence I have same amount currently. Do I need to pay its zakah again this year? 2. Last year I had 100000 rupees and I also paid zakah for it. Then I added another 100000 to it so currently my saving is 200000. Do I need to pay zakah for 200000 or just 100000?

(1) Yes, this year too you will have to pay the zakah of those rupees again.

(2) Now you will have to pay the zakah of two lakh rupees; both the amount which was in your hand earlier and the income which came in your hand later.
