Question: I want to do a wazefa or wird with one of The Allah names so what is difference nd which is right and why. e.g. Al-rehman or Ya-rehman?

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 696/585/B=1432) If you have liking towards recitation of wazifah you should recite the following wazifah which is the best, most useful and on which is agreed upon by all pious elders. That is as follows: Istighfar (أستغفرالله الذى لا اله إلا هو الحى القيوم و أتوب إليه) 100 times and لا إله الا الله محمد رسول الله 100 times, durood 100 times, سبحان الله والحمد لله ولا اله إلا الله والله اكبر ولا حول وقلا قوة إلا بالله العلى العظيم 100 times every day in the morning and evening. It is not proved to recite the wazifah of Ya Rahman and Ya Al-Rahman from hadith.
