    Title: I have a 3 month old child and some one has told me that the milk that he throws up (vomits) after feeding is najasat e ghaleeza. That it needs to be treated just like urine and the clothes and place need to be cleaned accrodingly. Is this true? It would be extremely difficult to ensure such cleanlinesss because my child (like most others I guess) throws up all the time.

    The mouthful vomit of an infant or an adult is najis (impure) and if it applies the cloth and body they should be cleaned. Yes, if the vomiting was not mouthful but in little quantity then it is not impure:

    وما ینقض الوضوء بخروجہ من بدن الانسان کالدم السائل والمنی والمذی والودی والاستحاضۃ والقئ ملأ الفم ونجاستھا غلیظۃ بالاتفاق لعدم معارض دلیل نجاستھا و أما ما لا ینقض کالقئ الذی لم یملأ الفم و ما یسل من نحو الدم فطاھر علی الصحیح (طحطاوی علی مراقی الفلاح: 83)
