Title: Semen Release during fast

Question: We are newly married couple, during Ramadan fast we meet such that there is meeting of sexual organ but it causes release of semen of either or both. So my question is what should we do. Because we do not want to meet Allah (SWT) in hereafter with these sins. Kindly reply.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 946/946/M=09/1436) Whosoever among you (husband and wife) discharges semen as a result of meeting like this in the state of fast his/her fast shall break. It shall be mandatory to make its qaza provided the penis was not penetrated in the vagina. If it is so then Kaffarah shall also be wajib. Thus if by the meeting of sexual organ you mean just touching then whosoever discharges the semen and during whatsoever fasts it is done that much fasts shall break. It shall be wajib to make qaza of the broken fasts. It is must to avoid such practice in future. You should do taubah and istighfar for the same.
