Title: Is Praying sunna muaakada sitting down useless? And only count as nafl?

Question: I pray fardh qada salat of previous years. I tried praying both sunnah muwakkidah and qada standing up, but I couldn't do both standing up. I always end up stopping praying qada because I get tired. Many times I have tried. I get it right one day then I lose qada salah for weeks. So because it is not allowed by any scholar to pray fardh qada sitting, I started praying qada salah in standing & sunnah muwakkidah in sitting posture. (Hoping it is accepted by his grace almighty) Even though I know it's wrong but I cant lose both. So will my sunnah muwakkidah sitting this way count as nafl, and all I'm doing is useless as sunnah? So same whether I do it or leave it. Please help if you prefer to answer me on private to avoid misunderstanding of fatwa, its up to you .

    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

If you cannot offer sunnah muwakkidah waqtiya salah with qaza and ada fardh salah due to weakness then you should offer sunnah muwakkidah while sitting, and it will be valid without any doubt. It will not be only nafl salah rather due to excuse and compulsion you will get the rewards which one gets while offering in standing position, in-shaAllah. However, you should offer two rakah of Fajr sunnah muwakkidah standing because as per the correct and preferable saying qiyam is fardh in the sunnah muwakkidah of Fajr salah like fardh and wajib salah.

It should be noted that you need only to offer qaza of fardh and wajib (witr) salah not the missed sunnah salah as there is no qaza of missed sunnah.
