    Title: We are five partners and four of us are investing money for a business and one will monitor and maintain liason and work physically too. The profit will be equally distributed among us. Our business is mainly with small vehicles and we will give them to a garrege owner who will arrange drivers and security of the vehicles from stealing. The garrege owner will pay us a certain rent for every vehicle everyday and he will also take a certain amount from every vehicle everyday from the drivers. We the investors will manage money to repair the vehicles when necessary. My question, is our income halal in this condition?

    It is right for the four partners, who have invested, to divide the profit equally. However, the fifth person whose responsibility is to monitor, his salary should be fixed instead of making him partner in profit, then this dealing shall become right.
