Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 85/51/SN=02/1436) When you are Hanafi then it is necessary for you to follow the same maslak in each matter. It is not lawful for you to follow the Maslak of any other Imam in matters of marriage. According to Hanafi Fiqh, Hurmat-e-Raza’at is proved though it is suckled only once. Hence you should give up the intention to marry the cousin (which is your razai (foster) brother as well) completely. You should try to find out a match within the limit of Shariah, in-shaAllah, you shall get a good match.
