Title: Doubt regarding a girl for marriage and problem in isthikhara.

Question: There is a girl whom I love and that girl also loves me. The girl was Barailavi but now, due to my pursuance she now became tablighi. Now, from the time she converted to tabligh, her parents totally boycotted her e.g. they do not talk her and even did not reply to her salaam. The girl wants to marry me because she wants a husband who is tablighi. No one is tablighi at her locality and relatives, her whole family is strongly Barailavi. I want to confess that we have also cohabited (slept together) many times before she converted to tabligh. Her whole family knows me and they are also ready to marry their daughter to me but my family is not accepting her. My family is not ready for our marriage because in my culture marriages only happen between the relatives (biradari). I am doing istikharah for knowing that whether that girl is right for my life and my akhirah. I cannot leave her because we have slept together. My istikharah is not giving any result what should I do.

(Fatwa: 226/226/M=03/1435) You should do taubah and istighfar from the sins of loving and sleeping together before nikah, as it was unlawful. If you intend to do nikah then it shall be better to take any initiative with the consent of your parents. It is also advisable to do istikharah. The family of the girl belongs to Barailavi sect then you should contemplate on the pros and cons of the proposal.
