Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 397/95=TH/1430)
(1) As the azan of Zuhr is called, the azan of Jumuah also will be called. Then, after 15-20 minute, by fixing a time, call the second azan. Raise a temporary pulpit or have a chair etc, the khatib (i.e. imam) will sit on it and the second azan will be called before him standing. Thereafter, the khatib will give two khutbah (sermons). If he does not remember any khutbah he can recite Surah Fatihah or any longer surah. Then, he will sit for awhile, and then he will give the second khutbah standing like the first one. Having completed khutbah, the khatib will go ahead for leading salah, the iqamah will be called just like that of Zuhr and the khatib (imam) will lead two rakaah obligatory salah of Jumuah. This is the method of performing Jumuah. If there are only you four Muslims there, you should perform the Jumuah collectively. If any one of you four is absent, then you should perform Zuhr with Jamaat. It should be noted that Jumuah is obligatory only at a the place where you live is city, town, big village (not small village).
(2) The khutbah should be in Arabic.
(3) We are sorry for that.
(4) When you will stay there for more than 15 days, then you pray full salah. Yes, if you travel sometime to a distance of qasr then you will become musafir, otherwise not.
