According to Shariah, medical insurance is unlawful as it carries interest and gambling. If you have not availed this scheme then you can claim as much amount which is deducted from your salary and goes to insurance company. It should be noted that if you have opted insurance policy then it shall be lawful to get treatment equal to the amount which has been deducted from your account.
