Title: I do job with a non-muslim employer. Every thrusday he commands me to enflame a candle in a blank place (Not before any idol) I flame the candle by saying "Kul ya ayyuhal Kafiroon ... & Kulhuwallahu ... (Full Surah) I want to know is it Jayaaz or not ? What should I do ? Should I refused to do so ? Please, clarify.

Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 1024=770/H)
If the lighting of the candle is just for light then there is no matter, but apparently he gets it lighted for some religious tradition; therefore it is not allowed. You should put him an excuse for the same.
