(Fatwa: 1973/1581=H/1429)

The Qurbani which is levied due to hajj (like Dum of Tamattu, Qiran, Ihsar and Janabah) is necessary to be offered in the Haram only, while the obligatory Qurbani due to wealth can be offered anywhere whether in the Haram or oneÂ’s own country (India etc).
