Title: Kissing the forehead of sister after returning from Umrah

Question: I am coming from umrah. Can I take kiss on forehead of my sister who is already married? Is halal or haram? Please guide me.

(Fatwa: 586/576/H=06/1437)

If any of the two have even slightest fear of lust, then it is not lawful. But if it is not so then it is allowable. However, it is better to avoid it in each case.
