Question: My parents are planning to go for Haj (insha-allah). Both of them are suffering from health conditions and sometimes need assistance of some other person. So they want to take my younger brother with them for Hajj. They will pay for his Hajj expenses. He is still studying and doesn't have enough money to pay for his own hajj. In this case is can my brother go with them? Will his Hajj be considered complete? Will he have to go again for Hajj with his own money once he starts earning?

    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

(Fatwa: 549/549/M=1432) Your younger brother may go for hajj with your parents. If he is not having that much money, but when the parents will give him his hajj expenses or they will take him with their expenses and he would offer his own fardh hajj, then his hajj would also be valid. And later on when he will start earning and become rich, he will not be required to perform hajj again.
