According to a Hadith of Ibn Majah, the reward of one salah in Prophet?s mosque in Medina is equal to fifty thousand salah in any other mosque: صلاۃ فی مسجدی بخمسین ألف صلاۃ

Apart from this, praying forty salah continuously in Masjid-un-Nabi (Prophet?s mosque) has virtues that this will be a source of salvation from punishment and hellfire and deliverance from Nifaq ((hypocrisy).
