The correct method of offering Janazah Salah is as follows:

First say takbir and then read Sana:

سُبْحَانَك اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِك ، وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُك ، وَتَعَالَى جَدُّك ، وَلَا إلَهَ غَيْرُك.

Then say second takbir and read durood and then say third takbir and read the following dua:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِحَيِّنَا وَمَيِّتِنَا وَشَاهِدِنَا وَغَائِبِنَا وَصَغِيرِنَا وَكَبِيرِنَا وَذَكَرِنَا وَأُنْثَانَا اللَّهُمَّ مَنْ أَحْيَيْتَهُ مِنَّا فَأَحْيِهِ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ وَمَنْ تَوَفَّيْتَهُ مِنَّا فَتَوَفَّهُ عَلَى الْإِيمَانِ.

Or read any other dua mentioned in Hadith. In case the janazah is of a minor boy then read the following dua:

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ لَنَا فَرَطًا وَاجْعَلْهُ لَنَا ذُخْرًا وَأَجْرًا وَاجْعَلْهُ لَنَا شَافِعًا مُشَفَّعًا .

In case it is a minor girl then read the following dua:

اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْها لَنَا فَرَطًا وَاجْعَلْها لَنَا ذُخْرًا وَأَجْرًا وَاجْعَلْها لَنَا شَافِعًا مُشَفَّعًا .

In last after fourth takbir say salam to your right and left sides.

It is recorded in Fatawa Hindia:

فيكبر للافتتاح ، ويقول سبحانك اللهم الخ ..... ثم يكبر أخرى ، ويصلى على النبي ، ثم يكبر أخرى ويدعو للميت وجميع الملسمين ، وليس فيها دعاء مؤقت، وعن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه كان يقول اللهم اغفرلحينا وميتنا الخ . فإن كان الميت صغيراً ، عن أبي حنيفة أنه يقول اللهم اجعله لنا الخ ثم يكبر الرابعة ، ثم يسلم تسليمتين .
