(Fatwa: 1835/1366/D=1431)

It is lawful to cut and shave the hair of thighs, chest, arms and legs but it is against etiquette. It is not lawful to open the body part from navel to knees or getting the hair of these parts cut by someone else. In the same way, giving or making photographs is not lawful. It is prohibited in hadith:
ان اشد الناس عذابا يوم القيامة المصورون .
