    Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !

    (Fatwa: 769/538=H/1430)

    (1) It is unlawful to trim the eyebrows and sharpen it as the fashionable women do. But, if some woman had abnormal dense eyebrows which have taken form of defect, then it is allowable to set it to its normal state, it is mustahab (desirable) especially in a case when it might cause irritation in husband.

    (2) If some woman has moustache grown in her face, it is better for her to remove it.

    (3) The ruling of hair on feet and hands is same as the ruling of eyebrows i.e. if it grows abnormally to an extent of defect, then it is allowable to normalise them.

    (4) Using cosmetics is allowable within Shariah limits, provided it is meant to please the husband, or only for mahram family members; otherwise not.

    (5) It is lawful with the condition of Islamic purdah just for the sake of beautification. Otherwise, this fact is obvious that the spate of religiousness, nudity, shamelessness and libertinism is rushing forth speedily and in its whirlpools the religious families also are being swept. In such a dangerous situation, when the matters mentioned in the question are transgressing the Shariah limits and reaching to the extent of fashion and changing the creation of Allah, then they will obviously become haram.
