Title: Does islam allow trade of video games

Question: I am a businessman and I usually deal in playstation3 video games and consoles. Sometimes I play too is it permissible? Further, I always review the games and if I find nudity then I avoid selling and trading in those titles.

(Fatwa: 116/81/D=1433) You should have mentioned that what types of programme (games etc) does the playstation3 video games contain. However, if there is no nudity in it and there is not complete picture of living beings and music then its business is lawful without any doubt; otherwise it is better to avoid.

Q. My cousin is having a business. I like to invest in his business. He agrees to share returns every year based on profit and loss of the company but does not want to include me as a partner officially in the company.
