Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim !
(Fatwa: 1218/1218/M=1431)
Man is independent to sell the things (land, house etc) he owns. He can sell it on whatever price he wishes. There is no rate fixed by Shariah. However, it is against mercy and honour to earn excessive profit to an extent that considered misappropriation (open deception). One also should avoid from violating the law.
